In every room except for the bathrooms, toilets and saunas, you will walk on a vinyl floor of your choice. The price for a standard floor is CZK 500/m2.
The floors of bathrooms, toilets and saunas will be covered with tiling of your choice. The price for a standard floor is CZK 300/m2.
The walls of the bathrooms, toilets and saunas will be lined with ceramic tiling which can be tailored according to your own ideas. The built in bathtubs are also tiled. The price for standard tiling is CZK 300/m2, including grouting up to a height of 2 metres.
The floors of bathrooms, toilets and saunas will be covered with high-quality tiling of your choice. The price for a standard floor is CZK 300/m2.
The terrace is paved with outdoor exposed aggregate tiles (40×40 cm or 50×50 cm) laid onto pedestal supports.
You will be able to look out onto the lake’s surface through the windows, glass walls and balcony door made from Euro-profile glass with double-glazing and a multi-point opening and closing mechanism (full opening, tilting, and micro ventilation).
The front door to each apartment is robust with thermal insulation and meets all fire-protection and safety standards (door frame, safety lock and anti-drill plates).
The SAPELI interior door includes an architrave door jamb and a lock with a metal surface. Full wooden doors or glass doors are available (depending on the project). Of course, you can also choose the hue of the doors and jambs.
All necessary fittings, such as a washbasin, shower, taps and a wall-mounted toilet with a concealed cistern, await you in your new bathroom.
The apartments are also fitted with outlets in the area of the kitchen unit for connecting the sink and dishwasher (water and drainage).
Each apartment has its own hot and cold water meter. You will find it in the entrance hall.
Each apartment has its own PTE type electric boiler and a hot water heater with a volume of 200 litres. On colder days, you can heat the apartment to a pleasant temperature thanks to steel panel radiators with a thermostatic valve.
The bathroom is fitted with a special middle connection bathroom (ladder) radiator with a thermostatic valve.
Beside the glass walls in the living spaces you will find a convector (bench) radiator with a cover. The top covers are made of artificial “terrazzo” stone.
Every apartment and garage has its own supply point. The apartments are fitted with a 3X25 A circuit breaker and complete wiring to electrical sockets and lighting. Upon agreement, you can specify the positions of sockets, switches and lights.
Lighting fixtures will be placed in rooms without windows (storerooms, hallways, bathrooms and toilets), as well as on patios and balconies. The kitchens will be fitted with a three-phase outlet for connecting the hobs and the oven, and an outlet for connecting to the extractor hood, which is vented into a central air duct.
Would you like to enjoy even greater comfort in your bathroom? In that case, we can install electric underfloor heating or the additional electric heating of a ladder radiator.
Every flat naturally includes a low-current connector for connecting to the internet or hooking up a telephone, and an STA connector for satellite reception (satellite is included in the building’s distribution system).
The garage is fitted with a socket and lighting with a separate supply point with a 10 A circuit breaker.
Do you like taking a deserved rest after a busy day? Then we have just the thing. Every apartment is fitted with its own sauna with a glass door and complete sauna facilities, such as a bench, an electric heater with stones, an hourglass, a digital meter for monitoring the time and the temperature, and lighting.
Each apartment has its own underground garage or sheltered parking space where you can safely and conveniently park your car. The garages are fitted with a door, a ceiling light and an electrical socket.
